The Xcel Project is a youth project for young people aged 8-18.It covers the area of Eskdale and is based in Langholm with a Youth Information Centre on the High Street. The Youth Information Centre has internet access, video games and information on a variety of issues and services.Young people can drop-in and use the facilities or just come in for a chat and read the local papers. The project was set-up in 2005 and has recently received funding for the new project, Xcel Project – Why Try?. (see Funding page)
